Indonesia’s Erajaya plans to raise $200m from local IPO
Erajaya Swasembada launched bookbuilding for an Indonesian IPO this week on a deal it is capping at $200m. The telecommunications company is offering up to 1.32bn shares for between Rp1,000 and Rp1,440 each, and will raise no more than $200m.
