Péretié sends ‘parting thoughts’ to staff as he quits Société Générale
Below is the text of the final email sent out to staff of Société Générale’s corporate and investment bank by Michel Péretié, whose departure from the firm was announced this evening. Péretié, the former head of Bear Stearns’ non-US operations, was handpicked by Jean-Pierre Mustier three and a half years ago to be his successor as head of the investment bank at Société Générale.
