New hybrid head as RBS renews structuring push

Royal Bank of Scotland has hired Citi’s AJ Davidson to head its hybrid capital team, in an effort to increase its presence in that business. The team focuses on banks and insurers, but it also has public sector and corporate borrowers in its sights.
