DVB blowout despite volatility as 3CIF bonds suspended
German transport lender DVB Bank on Wednesday morning priced the first senior deal of the month, defying overnight execution risk as 3CIF’s covered and senior bonds were suspended from trading on Euronext and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena’s shares were suspended following a search of its headquarters by Italian police.
