Rare Northern Powergrid lifts £150m at tight end
Northern Powergrid, the UK electricity distribution business ultimately owned by Berkshire Hathaway, issued its first bond for seven years on Thursday. To investors’ disappointment, it was only £150m, but the small size only deterred "a couple" of investors from participating, a banker said.
