Permira quick out of the blocks with $800m Galaxy sale
Private equity firm Permira was one of the first to take advantage of the end of the blackout season this week, raising HK$5.85bn ($754.22m) from a sale of Galaxy Entertainment shares. Bankers expect to see more deals — both primary and secondary — over the next few weeks as companies start reporting results, writes Louisa Burwood-Taylor.
