B&N Bank bags ECP debut as Russian issuers line up

B&N Bank, a small Russian institution, returned to the international capital markets for the first time since the financial crisis with its debut issue of Euro-commercial paper. It joins a growing band of Russian issuers which have sold ECP for the first time this year — and more credits from the country could soon join them.
