ICICI saves big in dim sum
ICICI Bank raised Rmb500m ($79m) from its first public deal in the offshore renminbi market last week, finding eight times the demand it needed. The deal was a perfect example of the arbitrage available for the right borrower in the dim sum market: the Indian bank priced well inside its dollar curve.
