Citi moves Tokyo syndicate head to HK in debt push
The US bank has relocated Duncan Phillips from Tokyo to Hong Kong to co-head its Asia-Pacific ex-Japan debt syndicate team. He will be replaced in Tokyo by Matthieu Sachot from Dexia Group.
