UBS reels in Wei Cai to replace Henry Cai

The Swiss bank has hired Wei Cai from Morgan Stanley to replace the recently departed Henry Cai. While he lacks the lengthy track record of his predecessor, the new Cai will help bolster the bank's equity capital markets credentials on the mainland.
