The attention of the SSA world has swung firmly to dollars after scant issuance in recent months following a spell of ultra-tight swap spreads. While the EU was emptying the euro pipeline by wrapping up its annual funding task on Tuesday with a 15 year deal, Sweden’s three year deal on Monday showed what is possible when investors want dollar paper.
