BEF rights issue to fund PepsiCo growth
Black Earth Farming (BEF), a Skr1.5bn ($227m) Sweden-listed agricultural company with operations in Russia, on Monday said it would launch a Skr530m rights issue to help fund capital expenditure required for a new three-year supply deal with PepsiCo.
