Kovalev skips from state-owned to private Russian bank
Russian private lender Nomos Bank has hired Alexei Kovalev to head its project finance department. He will be responsible for diversifying the bank’s project finance portfolio, including developing long-term financing capabilities across the bank’s network of 296 branches.
