San Miguel prices food entity’s re-IPO at bottom of range
San Miguel Corp raised Ps6bn ($146m) after pricing a follow-on deal in its subsidiary San Miguel Pure Foods this week. The re-IPO of the food company will increase its free-float to above the Philippines’ 15% minimum, but the seller needed to offer a substantial discount to boost demand.
