BPCE pre-funds with debut Samurai
French lender BPCE debuted in Samurai on Friday, raising ¥67.2bn (€613m) of senior funding across three tranches. The bank is now around €5bn into its 2013 funding requirement, and plans to become a regular borrower in the Japanese market going forward.
