AIG bids farewell to ECM as it cleans up stake
US insurance company AIG has given bankers a steady supply of business over the last few years, regularly selling down stakes in its spun-off Asian business, AIA. But ECM bankers will now be deprived of that business, after the company managed to sell the last chunk of its shares at the end of 2012.
