Investors urge Indonesia not to rush into long deal
The Republic of Indonesia is getting closer to launching its latest dollar deal, after lining up its bookrunners before bankers head off for their Chinese New Year holidays. But bond buyers are keeping a close eye on Treasury rates, and they said this week that if the sovereign wants to tap the long end of its curve it will have to offer a hefty premium — or wait until the demand for duration increases.
