Bank of America Merrill Lynch has rejigged its debt team in Asia, creating a structure that reflects how it runs its business in the US. The move means syndicate head Ashish Malhotra will focus exclusively on running DCM — and former Credit Suisse banker Devesh Ashra has been brought in to replace him.
