New fixed income syndicate head for Barclays

Kenneth Lee, head of fixed income syndicate Asia for Barclays, has resigned from the bank to set up a hedge fund focusing on Asian credit. Stepping into the position is Kentaro Kiso, the London-based head of MTN syndicate, who will relocate to Asia over the summer.
