Banks must act urgently to avoid brain drain, says Lloyds boss
The banking industry’s reputation is hurting its ability to recruit university graduates, according to Lloyds chief executive António Horta-Osório, as a survey by the bank revealed that just 2% of them were likely to choose a career in banking.
