Yuexiu Reit debut strong in secondary
Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust launched a debut dollar bond this week, pricing 15bp inside the curve of its parent, Yuexiu Property Company. But with the Reit rated at Baa2, one notch higher than the parent, bankers said that the two credits were effectively in line.
