China looks set to resume IPO listings as it prepares tougher rules for issuers
China has published new IPO rules aimed at tackling fraud and which should be a precursor to regulators lifting restrictions on new domestic listings. The changes are a step in the right direction, but bankers said they might be a little too tough, writes Rev Hui.
