Fiat takes RCS into home straight

The shares of RCS MediaGroup, the Italian publisher conducting a €400m rights issue, soared again on Tuesday, adding another 20% after Monday’s 26% gain. It followed an announcement from Fiat at the end of last week that it had bought enough rights in the market to nearly double its 10.5% stake.
