Riverstone Energy raises £760m, looks to invest in US
Riverstone Energy, a new closed-ended energy investment company associated with specialist private equity firm Riverstone, raised £760m through a London IPO on Thursday morning. Over £250m of the total book, which had been open since September 27, came from institutional investors.
