After pessimism stunted emerging market ECM issuance for much of 2013, three IPOs from Russia and Poland were completed this week, with another $1.4bn to close on Friday. But with two of the deals not yet trading, and mixed results for those that are, the next couple of weeks could be decisive as a test of whether investor appetite for EM flotations has returned.
