Opportunities could open up for dollar funding issuers to print in euros in the coming months, bankers said, after the World Bank sold its first benchmark in the currency for more than four years this week. But with the euro/dollar basis swap proving fickle and most issuers well funded for the year, large volumes are unlikely to come this year.
