Indian Oil issues $500m RFP as old deal fizzles out
Indian Oil Corp has sent out a request for proposals for a $500m three year loan, giving banks until November 15 to submit bids. The deal comes after a similar loan was wrapped up by the company last week, but which saw just one bank join during general syndication.
