BPCE flies French flag with Samurai blockbuster
BPCE printed the largest ever Samurai bond from a French borrower overnight on Thursday, and in the process snatched the title of biggest Samurai of 2013. French banks continue to dominate a market that has offered foreign names extremely attractive pricing this year.
