Fat Face furthers flurry of UK retail deals
An IPO for UK clothing chain Fat Face should tap into investors’ continuing appetite for the retail sector, according to bankers close to the transaction. The high street retailer announced its long expected intention to float on the London Stock Exchange on Thursday.
