BAA bond investors angry as Ferrovial bid talk shows lack of LBO protection
The European corporate bond market took a body blow this week when Grupo Ferrovial, the Spanish construction and infrastructure group, said it was considering a bid for BAA, the UK airport operator that issued Eu2.85bn of bonds last week.
