RBS, Fortis, Santander bid subject to Dutch court view

Royal Bank of Scotland and its partners Fortis and Santander unveiled their long awaited proposed Eu71.1bn offer to take over ABN Amro on Tuesday.

The consortium announced that it would pay Eu38.4 per share of the bank, 79% of this being tendered in cash with the rest in RBS ...
