Merrill hires Poli as covered bond trader
Merrill Lynch has hired Nicolas Poli to trade covered bonds, EuroWeek’s sister publication The Cover can reveal. The firm had been looking to hire a covered bond trader since it let go Benjamin Moulle last summer.
Poli starts in London on Monday July 14 and reports to James Rice, head of euro-denominated government bond trading. He will be part of the rates team that trades agencies and covered bonds, working alongside Elliot Blair and Matt Rafferty.
