Petrobras sets Brazil record with $6bn jumbo
Despite investor moans over yields and supply, Petroleo Brasileiro completed one of the biggest ever emerging markets bond deals as EuroWeek went to press on Thursday. The $6bn offering also ranks as the largest ever corporate bond from Brazil.
The state-owned oil and gas company issued a three tranche deal. This comprised a $2.5bn five year at 190bp over US Treasuries, a $2.5bn 10 year tranche at 195bp over and a $1bn 30 year at 220bp over.
Lead managers were BTG Pactual, Citi, HSBC, Itau, JP Morgan
