Interfoam looks for soft landing in Warsaw

Interfoam, a Ukrainian foam furniture producer, on Wednesday launched a Zl86m ($26m) Warsaw IPO, the first on the exchange since July. The company will sell 23.27m new shares, one-third of its enlarged share capital, to raise cash for expansion.
