Equity-linked buyers snap up Elekta rights

Rights trading for a convertible bond from Swedish neuroscience firm Elekta began on Wednesday with equity-linked specialists buying in to the Skr1.9m (€214m) issue. Worries that outright and arbitrage funds would not be able to source enough rights to make the process worthwhile for them proved unfounded, said one banker, with a liquid market developing on and off exchanges.
