Pacific Drilling seeks European interest for $500m high yield

Pacific Drilling, a US offshore drilling company, is looking to sell $500m of senior secured high yield notes.

The 144A for life and Reg S bond will have a five year maturity and will be callable after three years.

Goldman Sachs is left lead on the transaction, with Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and DNB Markets also bookrunning.

With the proceeds, Pacific Drilling plans to fund the remaining construction payments ...
