Cerved launches three tranche debut high yield for CVC takeover
Cerved, the Italian credit information provider bought by CVC Capital Partners, has become the latest company to line up for high yield bond financing. The business hopes to raise €780m of bonds with different maturities in a debut transaction.
The deal will comprise a senior secured 250m six year FRN, callable after one year; a senior secured 300m fixed rate seven year non-call three note; and a 230m eight year non-call four senior subordinated tranche.
