Equity access key to UK SME financing, says LSE’s Rolet

Easier access to the equity markets could be the key to improving the financing of small and medium enterprises in the UK, according to the head of the London Stock Exchange, Xavier Rolet. Plans are now in train for a government-led scheme to boost public listings for smaller firms.
