  • Vincent Wong, a former managing director in the debt capital markets (DCM) team at RBS, has joined ANZ in the newly created role of head of Greater China DCM, based in Hong Kong. Wong, who started this month, reports to Jimmy Choi, ANZ’s head of DCM for Asia.
