If there was any doubt about it, America Movil, the A3/BBB+/A- rated Mexican mobile phone operator and the largest company in Latin America, affirmed that not only has it "crossed over" into the investment grade debt market, but usurped many of its international peers, pricing a dual tranche $1bn deal inside Vodafone.
