There's no change at the top of our cash management poll this year: Citibank is voted best regional cash management bank in Asia for the fourth consecutive year, and more or less sweeps the board in the local categories. Our respondents air their views on delivery, on-line reporting, outsourcing and how they think banks can enhance their cash management services. By Olivia Chow and Robert Law.

Olivia Chow and Robert Law report.

Just as Singapore dominates our deals of the year, our issuer of the year category came down to a choice between two Singaporean and one Hong Kong company. SingTel takes the title from DBS and Hutch not for the range of its activity but for its transformation from a name suffering from its government connections, to the region's benchmark borrower. By Chris Wright.
