Russia's VTB to build Asian capital markets platform

VTB Capital, the investment banking arm of Russia’s VTB Group, is planning to build a capital markets team in Singapore as it looks to develop links between Russian clients and Asian investors, according to its chief executive officer and regional head of Asia.
