Globalworth turns to equity capital markets for €200m boost to fund portfolio growth
Globalworth, the UK-listed central European property firm, is looking to raise up to €200m from institutional investors to expand its portfolio.
The firm expects to raise up to €135m through the sale of new shares, which will be priced at €5.90 each, a 36% discount to the pro-forma EPRA net asset value.
Cantor Fitzgerald, EastWest Partners and Rosario Capital are bookrunners on the transaction.
