Eu250m loan for Gazprom closes 50% oversubscribed

The Eu250m five year term loan for Gazprom, the Russian oil and gas company, has closed with a 50% oversubscription.

Arrangers are HypoVereinsbank, Crédit Agricole Indosuez and WestLB. The arrangers have been joined by DG Bank and NordLB as lead underwriters. The margin is 390bp over Euribor and there are two levels of participation on offer: Eu15m for 120bp and Eu10m for 110bp. The signing will be next Monday and 16 banks are expected to have joined.
