Two directors from Lehman Brothers in New York have moved to Swiss Re Capital Management and Advisory to run the equity and equity-linked derivatives business there. Llewellyn Connolly, a managing director and co-head of equity derivatives at Lehman, and Matt Hansen, a managing director and head of U.S. structured products sales, will report to Phil Lotz, ceo.
