Caja Madrid seizes the moment for short fixed rate deal

Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Madrid (Caja Madrid) came to the senior unsecured market on Monday for the first time since last June, with a Eu1bn 18 month fixed rate note, taking the opportunity of improved market conditions.
