Resolution snubs broker, breaks new ground
Resolution, the insurance vehicle of UK entrepreneur Clive Cowdery, has snubbed its corporate broker on the £2.055bn rights issue it launched on Thursday. The deal will help finance the company’s acquisition of Axa’s UK life insurance business.
