CEZ taps euro market for second time this year
Czech public sector electricity producer Ceske Energeticke Zavody (CEZ) returned to the euro market to price a Eu600m 12 year offering at 150bp over mid swaps on October 9.
The issue, which has a coupon of 5% and sold at 99.057, is the companys second euro-denominated transaction this year. It raised Eu600m in a six year 5.75% transaction which priced at 99.861 in May.
