US high grade set to soak up $800bn in 2010

An anticipated $800bn of high grade US corporate bond supply next year will meet strong demand thanks to cash from redemptions and coupon payments while rising allocations into the asset class by pension funds will further tighten credit spreads, said Bank of America Merrill Lynch analysts.
