Agfa-Gavaert snapped up

Agfa-Gevaert wrapped up its Eu148m rights issue on Monday morning with a Eu19.65m rump placement of the unsubscribed shares. The bookrunners placed the stock at Friday’s closing price after quickly building a solid book which did not require a lower range.
